All online artwork sales are final and no refunds or returns will be accepted. All artwork is handled with the utmost care during the packaging process. In the unlikely event of your delivery being damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging PRIOR to opening the delivery and then photograph the damaged art inside. Please send images to vinettecreate@gmail.com

Image Sharing

You are welcome to share my work on your website, blog, Facebook, Instagram or other social media with an image credit and link back to Vinette Thompson Art.

All images used on this website is the property of Vinette Thompson Art and must not be reproduced without prior consent. Any unauthorised reproduction will infringe on copyright.

Colour

Colour may vary ever so slightly from monitor to monitor. There may be some differences in colour on-screen and the actual artwork.

Shipping Information

Each artwork has shipping details stated on the product page.

After receiving your order, items will be shipped within 7 business days. Orders will be shipped to the address you submit when placing your order.

Complimentary shipping is offered on all smaller artwork only, as per product pages.

All large artwork requires a custom shipping quote as indicated.

All artwork is carefully wrapped in layers of bubble wrap and cardboard to help ensure that your purchase arrives intact and undamaged. Vinette Thompson Art use Australia Post (registered) for small/medium artwork and couriers for larger artwork. Tracking information will be provided to the customer. A signature is required at the point of delivery for all parcels sent via registered post or by courier.

Artwork may be collected from my Bayside, Melbourne studio free of charge. I can also provide a quote for door to door courier service should you require your item quickly.

International Shipping

I’m are currently working on ways of sharing my online shopping experience with my international friends, but in the meantime if you are somewhere other than Australia and find an artwork you must have in our home, please contact me via email at vinettecreate@gmail.com to discuss shipping options. I’m happy to provide you with a quote.

Duties

International buyers, you may be charged a customs fee or import tax. I encourage you to check the customs law and regulations in your country as these fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
